Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is available as a selection during checkout. It ranges between $300-$400 within 100 miles of E-470 and Pena Blvd. Anything further has to be custom freight quoted by email.
Do you ship outside of Colorado?
We offer LTL freight directly to your jobsite for both factory built and unassembled cabinetry for around $500 per order nationwide. If you would like more information on how to place an order, please email us and we can get you figured out.
Can I pickup cabinetry at the distribution center and not pay freight?
Yes, you can pickup your cabinetry in Commerce City, CO or Bolingbrook, IL for just the cost of cabinets and sales tax, nothing more. We stock and build all of our cabinetry in both of those locations.
Will I pay sales tax for orders shipped outside of Colorado or Illinois?
There is typically a $100k sales threshold that we do not commonly meet in some states. Feel free to email us to see if we have had to register in your state to collect and remit sales tax.
Are the sides of the cabinet finished the same as the face?
Yes, the cabinet sides match the color of the doors so you do not need to buy additional end panels for exposed ends unless you would like them aesthetically.
What are the cabinets finished with on the inside?
All of our cabinetry has a natural birch melamine water resistant coating covering the plywood on the inside.
Is there MDF in your cabinetry?
MDF is not used in any of the cabinetry we sell. Our boxes are made of 7-ply plywood and the stained doors are solid birch. After severe warranty issues with our painted solid birch doors, our manufacturer made the decision to switch to a high density paint grade furniture board (HDF) and warranty claims have dropped to almost none. All of our cabinetry meets and exceeds the leading industry standard for CARB compliance.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds on any factory built cabinetry. Please measure twice so you only order once.
Unassembled (RTA) cabinetry can be exchanged if unopened for a 25% restock fee, on a case by case basis.
If your order is delivered you will need to bring the unassembled items back to the warehouse to be exchanged.
What door styles do you offer?

How do I view your cabinetry in person/what is your address?
Please use the link "Visit Showroom" in the menu above to send us an email to schedule a time to come walkthrough our distribution center. We have one in Commerce City, CO and one in Bolingbrook, IL. We do not post the address because the locations are not open to the public and we do not want you to waste a trip and yell at us.
Why is the phone number on the website for text message only?
We get around 50-100 spam calls a day on our main business number so we have moved everything to text and email. If you would like to schedule a call, just shoot us a text or email and we will be very happy to do so.
Do you offer free design help?
We do! Click the link "Request Free Design and Quote" in the menu above to get started.
Do you have any discounts?
We do not offer any discounts. The cost of our products have been driven up by inflation and politics so we can no longer afford to offer special discounts/programs.
